Company Description: Faciera is an upcoming Indian colour cosmetics brand built around the idea of makeup as something considered, expressive and visually distinctive.

Our aesthetic is polished, modern and slightly unconventional, with a strong focus on clean visual direction, contemporary beauty culture and creating a brand world that feels globally relevant while still speaking to the Indian consumer.

We believe beauty branding should feel intentional, not generic. From campaigns and content to packaging and creator partnerships, we want every touchpoint to feel recognisably Faciera.

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing & Content Intern to work closely with the founder during our pre-launch and launch phase.

What you'll work on-

- Developing content concepts for Instagram, Reels and other social platforms
- Researching emerging beauty, fashion and cultural trends in India and internationally
- Helping shape Faciera's pre-launch and launch content strategy
- Creating moodboards, references, campaign ideas and visual directions
- Researching and identifying creators who genuinely fit the Faciera aesthetic
- Building and managing influencer seeding lists
- Reaching out to creators and assisting with influencer relationships
- Helping conceptualise PR packages, creator activations and launch ideas
- Supporting campaign and content shoots, including model, photographer, MUA and location research
- Assisting with shoot planning and coordination
- Researching competitor launches, campaigns and interesting global beauty brands
- Brainstorming unconventional ways to introduce Faciera to a new audience
- Helping build a consistent brand world across every customer touchpoint

Who we're looking forYou might be studying or have recently graduated in marketing, fashion, communications, media, design, business or another related field. Your degree matters much less to us than your taste, curiosity and creative instinct.

You would be a excellent fit if you:





- Have a highly developed visual and aesthetic sense
- Spend far too much time noticing branding, campaigns, packaging, fashion, photography or internet culture
- Understand what makes content feel aspirational without making it feel forced
- Follow Indian and international beauty brands and creators
- Have strong knowledge of current social media and beauty trends
- Can distinguish between a passing trend and something genuinely culturally interesting
- Have a globally aware perspective while understanding the Indian beauty consumer
- Are comfortable using Instagram, Pinterest and other platforms as research tools
- Are organised enough to turn creative ideas into actual execution
- Can communicate confidently with creators, photographers, models and collaborators
- Are proactive and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
- Have opinions, ideas and references of your own

Experience with content creation, editing, photography, influencer marketing, Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar tools is a plus, although creative judgment matters more to us than knowing every software tool. What this internship offersYou’ll work directly with the founder and get hands-on exposure to what goes into building a beauty brand before it launches, from content and campaign development to influencer seeding, shoots, brand strategy and launch execution.

This is a part-time role, designed for someone who wants meaningful experience without a traditional full-time internship schedule.

Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience, skill set and level of involvement.

For the right person, there will be an opportunity to move into a larger role and potentially join Faciera full-time as the brand grows.
