Role Description The Brand Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. This role involves developing and executing brand-building initiatives across café, retail, and franchise channels to strengthen Chai Nagri’s market presence.

Responsibilities include conducting market and consumer research, supporting brand strategy, and coordinating brand campaigns and promotions. The executive will collaborate with marketing, operations,



and franchise teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across outlets and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring brand performance, preparing reports and presentations, managing brand communication materials, and supporting events or collaborations that enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and support Brand Strategy and Brand Management initiatives to build and maintain a strong brand identity.
- Competence in Market Research and Brand Marketing to analyze trends, understand consumer behavior, and drive effective brand campaigns.
- Robust Communication skills for creating clear brand messaging and coordinating with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in F&B;, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (MS Office/Google Workspace); familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for brand building and customer experience.
