Role:
Seeking a agile and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join the growing team.



The role involves collaborating with sales to understand client requirements, demonstrate value of solutions, and ensure seamless pre-sales process. Primarily engaging with clients in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
Assist sales team in understanding client needs and requirements
Respond to queries and address client concerns
Product Demonstrations
Deliver compelling demos tailored to client use cases
Highlight features, advantages, and ROI of LeadSquared platform
Solution Designing
Map client requirements to product features and functionalities
Provide consultative solutions to meet business objectives
Proposal Support
Collaborate on proposals, RFPs, RFIs with sales team
Draft technical and business documentation as needed
Internal Collaboration
Liaise with Product and Implementation teams to address client needs
