nQualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.n
Minimum 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).n

nTechnical Skills:
n
n
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.n
Solid understanding of architectural, MEP, and related construction drawings.n
Good knowledge of building construction methodologies and BIM standards.n
Experience in BIM coordination for large-scale commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-value infrastructure projects.n
Ability to perform clash detection, model coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration using BIM tools.n

nKey Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.n
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve design conflicts.n
Produce accurate,



error-free drawings and documentation in compliance with project standards.n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery.n
Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related activities.n
Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, company standards, and quality procedures.n
