Role Description The Branch Manager Agency role at Health Insurance Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Ambikapur.

The Branch

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, including supervising staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role includes managing sales and service activities, guiding clients through health insurance options, and supporting them in understanding Affordable Care Act-related benefits.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in branch management, agency operations, or similar leadership roles within insurance, financial services, or a related sector.
- Robust customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain health insurance concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Proficiency in sales, target setting, and performance monitoring, with a track record of meeting or exceeding branch or team goals.
- Solid organizational and administrative skills, including handling documentation, reporting, and compliance with local regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of the Affordable Care Act and health insurance products, or willingness to learn quickly and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
- Ability to work on-site in Ambikapur and adapt to local market conditions and community needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, insurance, or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
