We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Branch Manager / Branch Head to lead branch business, team performance, client acquisition, operations, risk management, and compliance.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Acquire and manage HNI and Corporate clients.
- Lead marketing and business development activities.
- Drive branch revenue and profitability.
- Manage business across Equity, Commodity, and Distribution segments.
- Conduct daily team meetings and drive achievement of individual and branch targets.
- Review Revenue per Employee, business volumes, brokerage, and client registrations.
- Organize investor meets and business development activities to expand the client base.
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch employees.
- Coordinate training related to products, communication, operations, risk management, and compliance.
- Monitor daily branch operations, including pay-ins, payouts, and customer grievances.
- Manage risks related to trade errors, debtors, and branch activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular branch performance updates to the Regional Manager.
