Diavo Jewels is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead its upcoming jewellery store at Pacific Mall, Jaipur.

The Branch Manager will have complete responsibility for the store’s sales performance, customer experience, team management, cash, inventory, daily operations and overall branch discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, train, motivate and supervise a team of approximately 8–10 employees.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and personally handle important, high-value and sensitive customer interactions.
- Achieve the store’s monthly sales, conversion, average billing and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and drive repeat purchases and referrals.
- Ensure accurate control of jewellery inventory, including inward/outward movement, stock transfers, physical verification and daily reconciliation.
- Take full responsibility for cash, billing, POS operations, deposits and daily financial closing.
- Prevent stock shortages, cash discrepancies, pilferage and operational irregularities.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, discipline and performance.
- Allocate daily targets and responsibilities to individual team members.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, security protocols, audit requirements and store-opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding stock requirements, customer orders, accounts, HR, marketing and administrative matters.
- Maintain the visual presentation, cleanliness and premium ambience of the store.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales,



inventory and operational reports.
- Build strong coordination with mall management and ensure adherence to mall regulations.
- Take complete ownership of the branch and resolve operational or customer-related issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, watches or another high-value product category.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, Showroom Manager or Senior Retail Manager.
- Strong experience in handling retail customers and closing high-value sales.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of 8–10 employees.
- Sound knowledge of cash management, billing, inventory control, stock audits and retail operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, trustworthy and capable of taking complete ownership of the branch.
- Good knowledge of the Jaipur market and an existing local customer network will be an advantage.
- Jewellery product knowledge will be strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working during weekends, festivals and mall operating hours.
