Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurukshetra, responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations and ensuring smooth functioning of sales, service, and customer support activities. This role includes managing branch staff, setting performance targets, monitoring key metrics, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high service standards.

The Branch

Manager coordinates with central leadership on planning, budgeting, and implementation of business strategies, and ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include supervising showroom and workshop processes,



resolving customer issues, optimizing resource utilization, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role also involves local marketing initiatives, building relationships with partners and customers, and representing the AutoVeer brand in the Kurukshetra region.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch management, dealership operations, or similar leadership roles in automobiles, retail, or services.
- Robust people management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage sales targets, financial performance, and operational efficiency within a branch environment.
- Customer service orientation with effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of basic business tools such as CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience in the automobile sector or multi-vertical business groups is preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work on-site in Kurukshetra.
