Qualification
- Any Graduate/ PG
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Retail Branch Banking
- Experience in branch business development, customer acquisition, team management, branch operations, MIS reporting, and regulatory compliance will be preferred
- Candidates with prior experience in Branch Management or similar leadership roles in Banking will have an added advantage
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates with experience in Retail Branch Banking.
- Should be comfortable with business development, customer acquisition, team management, branch administration, and compliance
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
