Job Type On-Roll Role and Responsibilities Strategic & Regional Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional operations plan to meet and exceed business objectives • Participate in strategic initiatives such as green power adoption, energy savings, and operational efficiency improvements • Act as policy and standards advocate to ensure facility sites comply with local regulations, global audit, and security standards • Review and recommend updates to Facility Management policies and procedures • Serve as BMS domain expert supporting PAN India Facility Management teams and collaborating with regional counterparts • Capacity planning through continuous monitoring of facility capacity and future demand • Contribute to CAMC contracts, scope of work finalization, and DC operations planning • Support system upgrades, modernization, and performance improvement initiatives • Experience with site HOTO processes and operations Operations Excellence • Lead and manage data center facilities at location/region level ensuring 100% uptime • Risk identification, mitigation, and corrective/preventive maintenance of critical BMS, FAS, and fire suppression systems (24x7 operations) • Drive adoption of state-of-the-art technologies and best practices in BMS operations • Manage BMS-related asset inventory, security incidents, and compliance requirements • Define, track, and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement • Establish performance benchmarks, analyze gaps,



and respond to contingency situations • Support implementation of ITIL-based service methodologies (incident, problem, change, and capacity management) • Review AMC and SLA compliance; improve operational procedures to meet customer SLAs • Manage procurement and budget for facility operations at assigned locations • Handle internal and external audits Customer & Stakeholder Management • Maintain transparent and timely communication with management on facility operations status • Build strong working relationships with facility partners, DC construction teams, technical program managers, and security teams • Liaise with cross-functional teams and business leaders to optimize safety, reliability, performance, and efficiency • Handle customer visits, queries, and project feasibility assessments • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve process quality and service delivery Technical Responsibilities &

Skills • Provide expert leadership in design, development, operation, and enhancement of BMS platforms • Strong knowledge of utilities and infrastructure: o Generators, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, UPS, PAC units o Electrical sub-distribution systems,



power panels o Fire alarm and suppression systems • Hands-on experience with BMS platforms (Honeywell EBI preferred, XLS 1000 Fire Alarm Panel) • Expertise in DDC controllers, BMS graphics, and control logic development • Complete knowledge of open protocols: Modbus RTU/485, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet MSTP/IP, HART, SNMP • Integration experience with ELV systems: Water Leak Detection, Rodent Repellent, Fire Suppression • Lead preventive, planned, and reactive maintenance of ELV systems and software upgrades • Basic knowledge of IP networking, Windows OS, and web services • End-to-end fault diagnosis and rectification for BMS servers, controllers, sensors, and field devices • Analyze system software/hardware failures and mitigate risks proactively • Identify energy-saving opportunities and escalate capital investment requirements • Support risk registers, condition surveys, audits, and compliance databases Leadership & Behavioral Competencies • Customer-centric mindset with 24x7 operational ownership • Robust leadership, organizational, and execution skills • Ability to manage multiple partners in fast-paced environments • Excellent communication, decision-making, conflict management, and coaching abilities • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills Eligibility – Education • BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering Experience • 10–12 years of relevant experience in BMS / ELV systems • Data Center experience preferred Additional Requirements • Willingness to travel 25–30% of the time
