Role Description This is a full time, on-site BIM Modeller – MEPF role based in Coimbatore. The BIM Modeller – MEPF will develop and manage detailed BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural designs. Daily responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, creating coordinated 3D models, updating design documentation, and supporting design coordination and clash detection.

The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain modeling standards, ensure data accuracy,



and support information exchange across the project lifecycle. The BIM Modeller will also assist in preparing model-based reports and visualizations to support digital project and asset management activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and model authoring tools commonly used for MEPF design.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and the ability to integrate MEPF models with architectural and structural layouts.
- Candidates should possess experience as a BIM Modeler, with the ability to interpret and translate design intent into accurate 3D models.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including understanding of design standards and construction practices.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in reading and preparing Construction Drawings and related design documentation.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with clash detection, coordination workflows, and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in BIM MEPF projects is an advantage.
