Role We are looking for a skilled BIM MEP Modeler to join AAD’s Digital Practice team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modelling who are passionate about BIM and multidisciplinary project coordination. The role involves developing coordinated MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit, preparing MEP drawings, layouts, schedules, and construction documentation, coordinating with Architecture, Structure, Interiors, and other engineering disciplines, and supporting clash detection, model coordination, issue resolution, and quantity take-offs.
The candidate will also contribute to Revit MEP families, templates, project libraries, and digital project delivery while ensuring compliance with AAD’s BIM standards and project requirements.
