We are looking for a Billing & Planning Engineer to join our project team and contribute to effective project planning, progress monitoring, billing, quantity surveying and cost control.

?Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Scheduling

- Develop, manage and monitor project schedules using MS Project / Planning Software.
- Establish realistic project timelines, milestones and targets.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Prepare/Review DPR, WPR, MPR, Delay Reports and Tracking Reports.
- Monitor project progress and material procurement.

Billing & Quantity Surveying

- Prepare and verify BOQ, RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Review client, contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain billing logs, reconciliation statements and supporting documentation.
- Conduct material reconciliation and identify material consumption/wastage discrepancies.

Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis

- Analyse costs related to materials, labour and overheads.
- Prepare Rate Analysis for various construction activities.
- Monitor project costs, budget utilization and cost efficiency.




- Manage scope variations, change orders, claims and associated costs.

Cash Flow & Cost Control

- Monitor project cash inflows and outflows.
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts and identify potential financial risks.
- Coordinate for timely client payment collection.
- Ensure project expenditure remains within approved budgets.

Contract & Documentation

- Handle contractual variations, claims and change orders.
- Conduct rate negotiations with contractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain proper project records and documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Project Execution, Procurement, Finance and Management Teams.
- Prepare and communicate daily, weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Identify financial/project risks and develop suitable mitigation strategies.

? Candidate Profile✔️ B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

✔️M.tech - construction Management

✔️ Robust knowledge of Project Planning, Billing & Quantity Surveying

✔️ Experience in RA Bills, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Cost Control & Variations

✔️ Knowledge of MS Project / Planning Tools and MS Excel

✔️ Good coordination, analytical and reporting skills

✔️ Construction/Infrastructure project experience preferred
