Role Description This is a full-time Bid Manager role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.

The Bid

Manager will lead end-to-end bid and proposal activities, including planning, coordinating inputs from sales, technical, finance, and operations teams, and ensuring bids are compliant, accurate, and submitted on time. Daily responsibilities include managing bid timelines, developing bid strategies, writing and refining proposal content, preparing supporting documentation, and maintaining bid records and templates. The role involves analyzing tender requirements, aligning solutions with client needs,



facilitating internal reviews and approvals, and contributing to continuous improvement of bid processes and win rates.

The Bid

Manager will also support presentations, clarifications, and negotiations as required, while ensuring a consistent, professional standard of communication in all submissions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals.
- Candidates should possess experience in Bid Management and Proposal Management, including coordinating stakeholders and managing end-to-end bid lifecycles.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of structured Bid Processes, including tender evaluation, documentation standards, and governance requirements.
- Relevant experience in engineering, professional audio, public address, or safety/communication systems sectors is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office and common proposal tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid workplace, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high professional standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, communications, or a related field; prior bid or tender management experience is preferred.
