Role Description The BFSI Trainer will deliver classroom-based and practical training on banking, financial services, and insurance concepts to learners at the Ahmedabad center. This full-time, on-site role includes planning lessons, preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and assessing learner performance through tests, assignments, and projects. The trainer will guide learners on industry practices, compliance basics, and customer service skills relevant to BFSI roles, while maintaining accurate training records and reports.





The role also involves mentoring students on interview readiness, coordinating with placement teams, and providing feedback to improve course content and delivery. The trainer will collaborate with center staff to ensure smooth operations and a learner-centric training workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance operations, products, and basic regulatory norms.
- Experience in vocational training, corporate training, or teaching, preferably in the BFSI or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Comfort with digital tools for training delivery, including MS Office, online learning platforms, and basic data reporting.
- Ability to design and adapt lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities based on learner needs and program objectives.
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Management, or a related field; professional certifications in BFSI or training are an added advantage.
- Strong mentoring and counseling skills to support learners’ employability, confidence, and professionalism.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and align with Anudip’s mission of skilling and livelihood creation for disadvantaged youth.
