Role Description This is a full-time remote Beautician role focused on delivering high-quality beauty consultation and support to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing virtual consultations on skin, hair, and makeup routines, recommending L'Oréal Paris products based on individual needs, and guiding clients on proper application techniques. The role involves maintaining detailed records of client interactions, following up to ensure satisfaction, and contributing to educational content such as tutorials or product guides.





The Beautician collaborates with marketing and customer care teams to share insights on trends and client feedback, while upholding brand standards and hygiene best practices in all guidance provided.

Qualifications

- Qualified training or certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related beauty discipline.
- Hands-on experience in providing beauty services (skin care, hair care, makeup application) in salons, spas, or virtual settings.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, skin and hair types, and product suitability for diverse clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain techniques clearly via remote channels (video, chat, email).
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms for online consultations, scheduling, and client record management.
- Ability to work independently, manage a full-time remote schedule, and maintain a professional client experience.
- Commitment to inclusivity, safety, and hygiene standards, with sensitivity to a wide range of client preferences and needs.
- Prior experience with beauty retail or brand representation is an advantage.
