Pravux Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDE / Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about identifying business opportunities, generating quality leads, and building strong client relationships to support company growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through various online and offline channels.
- Research potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Initiate contact with prospects through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update the lead database and CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using lead generation tools, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to research and identify potential business opportunities effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- A positive understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital products will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
