- Documentation Process account opening and account-related requests. Verify KYC documents and maintain proper records. Update customer information and account details in the banking system. Data Entry &
- Record Keeping Enter daily transactions and customer information accurately into the system. Maintain registers, files, vouchers, and branch records. Ensure proper filing and documentation of banking transactions.

Banking Operations

Assist with clearing, fund transfers, cheque processing,



and other branch activities. Support senior branch staff in day-to-day banking operations. Follow all bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Reconciliation &

- Reporting Assist in daily transaction and account reconciliation. Prepare routine branch reports and statements. Identify and report discrepancies to the concerned officer. Compliance &
- Security Follow KYC, AML, customer verification, and internal control procedures. Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information. Ensure transactions are processed according to authorized procedures.

General Branch Support

Coordinate with other departments and branch staff for smooth operations. Assist in maintaining branch records and customer service standards. Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or senior management.
