Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, focused on Banking, Insurance, and Housing Finance. The role involves engaging with learners, delivering and supporting training modules in banking, insurance, and credit-related products, and guiding participants on housing finance concepts and processes.

Responsibilities include explaining financial products clearly, assisting with case studies and simulations,



responding to learner queries, and ensuring a robust understanding of customer service practices in financial services. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to curriculum enhancement based on industry trends and learner feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Credit skills, including knowledge of banking operations, lending practices, and housing finance.
- Candidates should possess solid Insurance skills, with an understanding of life, health, and general insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience or education in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
- Candidates should demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in training, educational services, or frontline roles in banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies will be an added advantage.
