Role Description The Bancassurance Executive Front Line Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves promoting and selling Aditya Birla Health Insurance products through partner bank branches, engaging with bank customers to understand their health insurance needs, and offering suitable product solutions. The officer will work closely with branch staff to generate leads, conduct product presentations, and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, managing documentation and proposal forms, coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also includes meeting assigned sales targets, providing post-sales support, and contributing to branch-level campaigns and customer education initiatives on health and wellness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, cross-selling, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship and service skills, such as effective client communication, needs analysis, and providing transparent product explanations.
- Candidates should possess banking and insurance domain skills, including basic understanding of bancassurance, health insurance products, and regulatory norms.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and local languages, presentation abilities, and collaboration with bank staff.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a graduate degree in any discipline (business, finance, or marketing preferred), prior experience in bancassurance or health insurance sales, proficiency in basic computer and digital tools, and a high level of integrity and accountability.
