A major focus of our product right now is Memories, a shared photo and video album experience where hosts and guests can collaboratively capture, relive, and preserve moments from an event long after it ends.

Role Description

We're hiring 6 Backend Developers (Node.js + Python) for our engineering team in Bhubaneswar — 3 openings for developers with 1-2 years of experience, and 3 openings for freshers (0-1 year) ready to build real, production software from day one. We're not gatekeeping by years on a resume: what matters most is whether you can take a problem, own it, and grow into more responsibility fast. Whether this is your first developer role or you've already got a couple of years behind you, you'll get genuine ownership of features here, not just tickets — freshers included.

Everyone on this team works on the same real product,



including active work on Memories, our shared photo/video album feature, with senior engineers around to guide you rather than just review your code.

Day-to-day work includes API development, database design and queries, writing clean and tested code in Node.js and Python, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating directly with our product and frontend teams.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. All new hires join on a 3-month probation period, with compensation reviewed and revised based on your performance during that time.

Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Node.js and Python — through a skilled role, internship, coursework, or a serious personal/open-source project
- Understanding of RESTful API design and basic database concepts (relational and/or NoSQL)
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a genuine bias toward ownership — you take a task and run with it rather than waiting to be told what's next
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Cloudflare) is a plus, especially for the more experienced band — not required to apply
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is welcome but not required — we care more about what you can build than where you studied
