About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Backend Developer to lead technical initiatives and drive innovation across our client projects. This pivotal role combines technical excellence with client engagement, requiring the candidate to architect sophisticated solutions, mentor junior talent, and translate complex business requirements into scalable, AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a deep understanding of business processes, modern development practices, and the latest Python technologies and AI frameworks.

You will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable backend systems that leverage AI and data-driven insights to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess over 5 years of Python development experience with a proven track record in building and maintaining production-level applications. Expertise in FastAPI, including advanced features such as dependencies, middleware, and background tasks, is essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Streamlit, including custom component development, session management, and performance tuning.

Deep knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for deploying AI applications in production environments is required. A strong understanding of software architecture,



design principles, and scalable system design is necessary.

Experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases is highly valued. Proficiency in cloud platforms, DevOps practices, containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and deployment strategies is critical. Candidates should also demonstrate expertise in API security, authentication, and compliance, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers, especially in consulting or client-service environments, will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

- Architect and design scalable applications utilizing FastAPI, incorporating advanced features and optimization strategies to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Lead the development of sophisticated AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, ensuring seamless deployment in production environments.
- Build complex Streamlit applications with custom components, advanced data visualizations, and optimized user experiences to meet client needs.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their business requirements, translating these into effective technical solutions and strategic roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth and technical excellence.
- Oversee all technical aspects of projects from initial planning and architecture to deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practices.




- Research emerging technologies and contribute to R&D; initiatives to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
- Establish testing strategies, implement CI/CD pipelines, and promote deployment best practices across projects to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
- Facilitate technical workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on solutions, project scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead efforts to optimize system stability from both technical and business perspectives.
