Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-oriented Manager - Salesforce CRM qualified to support and enhance Salesforce environments across our private equity firm and its portfolio companies. This role requires working hours coverage of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST to support clients across Europe and the Americas.
nThe role requires hands-on Salesforce experience and a robust understanding of sales and customer lifecycle processes. This position will lead discrete workstreams across Salesforce implementations and enhancements, supporting activities from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment, while also contributing to ongoing platform optimization, reporting improvements, and day-to-day administration to ensure high-quality delivery and user adoption.

Lead client discovery sessions to gather, document, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutionsn
Design, configure, and enhance Salesforce environments using standard functionality and best practicesn




Support Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects across design, build, testing, and deployment phasesn
Manage and prioritize workstreams, including backlog refinement and sprint planning, in Agile delivery environmentsn
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align Salesforce functionality with sales, service, and operational workflowsn
Support solution scoping, estimation, and pre-sales activities as neededn
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support team development and delivery qualityn
Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to ensure successful deliveryn
Maintain system documentation, including requirements, configurations, and process flowsn
Support ongoing system optimization, user adoption, and issue resolution post go-liven
