Knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NBA/NAAC accreditation processes, and curriculum development.n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills.n

nEssential Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. with First Class in the relevant discipline.n
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (desirable for Assistant Professor; mandatory for Associate Professor and Professor as per applicable norms).n
