Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide valuable market insights.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Success, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales conversions, revenue, and pipeline status.
- Track individual performance against assigned KPIs and sales targets.
- Share recommendations to improve sales processes and overall effectiveness.
