As an AWS Migration Specialist - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance through creative software solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on developing cutting-edge applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your technical skills and creative thinking will be essential in designing, coding, and testing software products that meet the evolving needs of clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to manage complex projects and mentor junior team members. You will build meaningful client relationships and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work.

Your role will involve anticipating client needs and using a broad range of methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and guide others in maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences across various platforms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with existing systems and processes
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to build scalable and efficient applications
- Managing the application lifecycle, including development, testing, and maintenance, to validate seamless operation
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality and performance
- Engaging in business requirements analysis to align software development with client needs and objectives
- Applying microservices architecture and API management to enhance system integration and functionality
- Leading efforts in continuous integration and delivery to streamline software deployment and updates
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to optimize application performance and reliability

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence,



Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) for software quality assurance
- Developing solutions with API Management and Microservices architecture
- Excelling in Business Process Improvement and Business Requirements Analysis
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Navigating complex client support scenarios with analytical thinking
- Mentoring junior team members in software engineering methodologies
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud infrastructure.
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in migration or transformation.
- Strong proficiency in cloud migration strategies and execution (rehost, replatform, refactor).
- Hands-on experience with AWS MGN (agentic and self-directed rehost), DMS (AI-assisted schema conversion), SCT, and Migration Hub.
- Experience migrating from diverse source platforms (physical, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, other clouds).
- Experience with application refactoring for cloud-native compatibility.
- Strong database skills including schema migration across heterogeneous platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with API integration testing and post-migration validation.
- Backend development skills with Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical decisions.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practices.
