About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and client-focused skilled to drive the Corporate Non-Motor Insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, identifying risk exposures, and providing customized insurance solutions across various non-motor insurance segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Generate business across Non-Motor Insurance portfolios, including: Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Surety Bond, GPA, GMC, WC, CPM, Liability Insurance.
- Achieve assigned business targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the corporate client base.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and regular engagement.




- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, underwriting requirements, and policy issuance.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to secure competitive insurance solutions for clients.
- Support policy renewals, endorsements, and portfolio reviews.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Monitor renewal schedules and ensure timely policy renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–10 years of experience in Corporate Insurance Sales, Insurance Broking, or General Insurance.
- Strong understanding of Non-Motor Insurance products and risk management concepts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
