Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters across courts and legal forums.
- Handle Recovery, SARFAESI, DRT, NCLT, Arbitration, Consumer and other legal cases.
- Lead and manage the Field Legal Collection Team.
- Take proactive legal action to identify and address risks before escalation.
- Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice to business and senior management.
- Manage external advocates, law firms and panel counsels.
- Monitor case progress, legal compliance and Litigation MIS.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks and support dispute resolution.
- Lead and mentor the litigation legal team.
