Role Description The Automation Engineer role is a full time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South.

The Automation

Engineer will design, program, and implement automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems for industrial applications. Daily responsibilities include configuring and testing control systems, performing diagnostics, and resolving technical issues to ensure stable and efficient operation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and preparing documentation such as wiring diagrams, control logic, and user manuals.

The Automation

Engineer will also provide technical support to clients, participate in system upgrades,



and contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Process Control, including PLC programming, HMI configuration, and industrial control systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering skills, covering electrical circuits, panel wiring, safety standards, and basic power systems.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Troubleshooting and Diagnostics, including fault finding, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for control and electrical issues.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Robotics and motion control, including servo motors, drives, and automated handling systems.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation, and use standard industry tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to safety and quality in industrial environments.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site at customer locations when required.
- Experience in industrial automation projects or commissioning is an advantage.
