Role Description The Audit Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Malappuram, responsible for leading and supervising audit engagements for a variety of clients. This role involves planning audit scopes, reviewing financial records, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The Audit

Manager will analyze financial statements, identify risks and control gaps, and prepare clear, well-structured audit reports with actionable recommendations. Daily responsibilities include guiding audit staff, coordinating with cross-functional teams, communicating findings to client stakeholders, and supporting process improvements within client organizations.



The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auditing practices and contributing to the development of internal methodologies and best practices at Saiph Business Solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and accounting skills, including a solid understanding of core financial principles and accounting standards.
- Experience with financial audits and the review of financial statements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and evaluate risk.
- Relevant professional qualification or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven experience in audit or assurance roles, ideally in consulting or professional services environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring and developing audit staff.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and quality-focused audit practices.
