About the Role

The Audit Manager – Healthcare will manage and oversee hospital audit engagements the role is responsible for engagement planning, audit execution, technical review, client communication, team management, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality audit engagements.

What You’ll Lead

- End-to-end Healthcare / Hospital Audit Engagements
- Engagement planning, execution, review & completion
- Financial statements, workpapers and critical audit areas
- Complex accounting and audit matters under US GAAP & GAAS
- Engagement budgets, staffing, timelines and deliverables
- Leadership, coaching and development of audit teams
- Collaboration with US-based Partners, Managers & engagement teams
- Client relationships, audit findings and recommendations




- Continuous improvement in audit quality, processes and delivery

What We’re Looking For

- CA / CPA
- 7+ years of Healthcare Audit experience
- Solid expertise in US GAAP, GAAS & audit methodologies
- Proven experience leading audit engagements and teams
- Strong leadership, analytical and client-management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software
