Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Atlassian SME with strong hands-on expertise in Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, along with proven experience in enterprise training, enablement, and Agile coaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end training strategy and curriculum for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
- Develop persona-based training for developers, QA, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, architects, PMO, commercial, operations, and corporate functions.
- Scale training based on project waves, including self-service learning, guided training, and customized hands-on sessions.
- Build and maintain enablement content including quick-start guides, job aids, videos, FAQs, onboarding modules, and training materials.
- Establish and manage Communities of Practice and champion networks.
- Conduct Lunch & Learn sessions, workshops, office hours, and training sessions across US, EU, and APAC time zones.
- Reinforce SAFe-aligned ways of working, including backlog hygiene, boards, PI Planning artifacts, and ART dashboards.
- Collaborate with the onshore Agile Coach to support Agile adoption and transformation.




- Embed AI capability and adoption content into standard training and ways of working.
- Track training completion, learner satisfaction, adoption, and post-training usage.
- Provide training and adoption insights to the OCM Lead and programme leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 8+ years of experience across Atlassian administration/SME, Agile coaching, enterprise training, or enablement leadership.
- Robust hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, preferably Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale, persona-based training programmes.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong Agile coaching experience with SAFe, SPC, RTE, Scrum Alliance, or equivalent certification.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum and practical coaching methodologies.
- Strong content-development skills across written, video, and live training formats.
- Experience with LMS and content management/training tools.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
