Requirement Engineering: Assist in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements using techniques like interviews, workshops, and process flow mapping.

Backlog Support: Help maintain the product backlog by drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Domain Support: Support the design and implementation of retail lending initiatives, including loans and credit products, ensuring solutions meet functional needs.

Data Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and gaps, assisting in validating solutions through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect triage.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, and product owners) to ensure clear communication of requirements and timely project execution.

Documentation: Maintain essential project artifacts, including process documentation, meeting minutes,



and status reports to support project lifecycle management.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis within the Banking & Financial Services domain.

Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Retail Banking operations, specifically in lending products (loans, credit processes, etc.).

Technical Proficiency

Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis.

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.

Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and reporting.

Soft Skills: Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
