- Perform in-depth content review and quality checks in the assigned subject area (Life Science, preferably Biotech).
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to academic and publication standards.
- Conduct or support peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle escalations, clarify complex subject-related queries, and guide team members.
- For Team Lead level: mentor associates, monitor quality metrics, and support delivery targets.
Required Skill Set:
- Solid subject-matter expertise in Life Science.
- Prior experience in peer review or academic/content review is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within tight timelines.
