We are seeking a detail-oriented Nightly Editor to join our editorial team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of deliverables before submission. The ideal candidate is a meticulous copyeditor with a robust command of grammar and style, exceptional fact-checking skills, and experience reviewing pharmaceutical marketing materials in a quick-paced agency setting.





This position requires availability Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM ET, with occasional flexibility to accommodate changing business needs and project deadlines.

Maintain consistency in formatting, messaging, and editorial standards across all brand materials

Review projects for adherence to client-specific editorial standards and established style guides

Fact-check claims, references, citations, and supporting content to ensure accuracy and compliance

Collaborate closely with copywriters,
