About the Role
We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to join our product team at Predis.ai. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and data to define product flows, write PRDs, and ship features our users actually use. It's a hands-on role, you'll be expected to know the product inside out and back your decisions with data.
Responsibilities
- Write transparent, detailed PRDs and map out end-to-end product flows for new features and improvements
- Use the Predis product daily and deeply — you're expected to know it better than most users
- Build automations and dashboards to track product metrics and surface insights
- Get hands-on with MCPs and Claude-based workflows as part of the product process (training provided)
- Dig into raw data directly to pull insights and verify product behaviour
- Prototype ideas fast using AI tools, and iterate quickly based on feedback and data
Requirements
- Prior product management internship experience is a must; candidates with up to 6 months of full-time PM experience can also apply
- Strong PRD-writing skills and experience mapping product/user flows
- Comfortable prototyping with AI tools and iterating fast
- Willingness to go deep into the product from day one and become a power user faster than most
- Sharp, quick learner — prior exposure to building automations/dashboards or tools like MCPs and Claude workflows is a bonus, not a requirement; we'll get you up to speed
