Summary

As an Associate Product Manager at Alacriti, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and development of our cloud-native money movement and payments platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, performant, and developer-friendly payment solutions that delight users and accelerate digital transformation for our financial clients. We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of product management experience, specifically with a track record of owning platform, API, or developer-facing products end-to-end.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the product and create and execute on a compelling roadmap
- Build deep user empathy with Alacriti’s clients and partners, understanding global payment industry trends and competitors' offerings to influence the roadmap effectively
- Collaborate with engineering, design and other teams to jointly shape product experiences that delight end-users
- Ensure we are building a reliable, performant platform, including system reliability, API extensibility, and latency
- Use metrics to inform point of view and leverage analytics to measure success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for precise and concise articulation of user problems
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining and tracking success metrics, running experiments (e.g., holdback tests), and using data to measure product impact on revenue, adoption and margins
- Experience working on products that require aligning multiple stakeholders, developing joint roadmaps, and navigating competing priorities between internal goals and external partner objectives
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace with significant autonomy and responsibility




- Strong business acumen and comfort with complex ecosystem and platform-level problems

- You are a product builder who can move easily between a user’s hardest problem, the business opportunity behind it, and the product decisions needed to solve it.
- You have worked on technically complex products - such as APIs, developer tools, shared platform capabilities, or core product experiences - but you do not build tech/platform for its own sake. You see strong platform design as a way to help users move faster, create better products, and unlock new business models.
- You are opinionated, thoughtful, and execution-oriented. You can focus a team on the few decisions that matter most, create momentum in ambiguous situations, and ship products that raise the bar for both quality and impact.

- Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time owning platform, API, or developer-facing products end to end
- Demonstrated ability to own a product area end to end: setting strategy, driving execution, and measuring outcomes
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort defining the measurement framework before you ship
- Clear written communication and the ability to build alignment across functions and levels

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- Experience productizing bespoke or custom solutions into broadly available platform capabilities
- A track record of making well-judged foundational investments ahead of user demand
