The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing and related activities, including monthly payroll inputs, reconciliation, and statutory compliance. This role involves managing gratuity renewal processes, attendance, leave management, and coordinating exit formalities. The Position will report to Senior Officer, People Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in Payroll processing and payroll related like monthly inputs, reconciliation of monthly payroll.
- Knowledge and Management on statutory compliance.
- Gratuity renewal process and monthly addition and deletion.
- Attendance and Leave Management.
- Coordinating exit formalities and organizing farewell.
- Maintain employee records, including personal files, contracts, agreements, policies, etc.
- Documentation of retirement fund, medical insurance, and other benefits for employees
- Facilitate HR related procurement as per the approved procurement policies.
- Draft HR related letters.
- Maintain staff leave records and disseminate leave details on quarterly basis
- Assist in monthly team support activities
- Manage the follow ups for Career development.
- Manage the logistics of HR anchored programs.
- Help in data collation.
- Extensive support around Annual Planning and Budgeting (AP&B;).
- Track employment contract renewals and terminations
- Oversee probation and ensure its smooth processing
- Refine process wrt workday leave management, SOP,
employee personal files and backup on SharePoint.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Human Resources programs and initiatives, preferably in development sector.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of four (04) years of professional experience in HR position.
- General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration.
- Demonstrated strategic approach to HR with the ability and willingness to also execute the tactical elements of the job.
- Ability to work within narrowly defined objectives under general supervision
- Ability to effectively address well defined problems of moderate complexity and complete moderately complex assignments.
