Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Finance professional with solid expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR), General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform month-end close activities within defined timelines.
- Process journal entries, accruals, amortization, currency revaluation, and account reconciliations.
- Manage General Ledger, Fixed Assets, lease accounting, and intercompany accounting activities.
- Maintain Fixed Asset registers, including additions, transfers, disposals, and CIP tracking.




- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support Mark-to-Market accounting, financial footnotes, and quarterly reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and resolve audit queries.
- Manage RTR KPIs and SLAs while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare local statutory, tax, inventory, and other compliance-related reports.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, RTR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with SAP and OneStream ERP.
- Knowledge of Lease Accounting, Mark-to-Market, Options, Futures, and Currency Revaluation.
- Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and VBA Macros will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Qualification: CA and B.Com or relevant Finance & Accounting qualification
- Experience in the Agribusiness or Commodity Trading industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Knowledge of European languages will be an added advantage.
