– Associate Finance Operations The Associate Finance Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth learner onboarding by managing balance fee collection and document collection before course commencement. The role requires close coordination with learners, sales teams, university SPOCs, program teams, and loan partners to ensure timely fee closure and complete document submission without impacting the learner’s batch start.
Key Responsibilities
1) Document Collection
- Connect with enrolled learners and collect all required documents as per university guidelines and internal process.
- Coordinate with sales, shortlisting, and program teams wherever intervention is required for document completion.
- Ensure all correct and valid documents are received before batch start so that learners can begin the program without delay.
- In cases where a learner does not have a required document, coordinate with the university SPOC and program team to explore alternate document options and avoid deferrals.
- Maintain high accuracy in document collection and ensure there are no misses in submission.
- For any post batch-start document requests raised by the university,
ensure closure within 2 working days.
2) Balance Collection
- Attend face-to-face learner sessions at the office to support same-day balance fee closure wherever applicable.
- Check loan eligibility in all applicable cases before the sales team collects block payment.
- Ensure all loan-related details are clearly shared with the learner/co-applicant to avoid future escalations.
- If same-day balance closure does not happen during an F2F interaction, start follow-up from Day 1 and aim to close the balance within 3 days. Maintain proper records/tracking for future reference.
- Coordinate with the sales team and loan partner teams whenever intervention is required for fee closure or loan processing.
