We are seeking fresh graduates to join our L1 Production Support team, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of enterprise applications and infrastructure. This is a great prospect to build a strong foundation in IT operations and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Nagios, Grafana, Splunk, or custom dashboards.
- Incident Management: Acknowledge, log, and categorize incidents; perform initial triage and resolution for known issues.
- Alert Handling: Respond to system alerts and take predefined actions or escalate as necessary.
- Job Monitoring: Monitor and manage scheduled jobs and ensure successful completion.
- Ticket Management: Create, update, and close tickets in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Communication: Provide timely updates to stakeholders and escalate critical issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Documentation: Maintain runbooks, SOPs,
and incident logs for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
- Shift Operations: Work in rotational shifts (24x7 support model) including weekends and holidays.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge in any one primary technical skill (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, Linux, Networking, etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and production support workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 Years.
- Location Preference: Open to working from Chennai or Hyderabad.
