As an Associate, you will be the front line of our sales efforts, engaging with cold leads and converting them into qualified prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to present our dealer financing, invoice discounting, and working capital solutions in a compelling manner, building rapport and trust with potential clients. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to cold leads, following a structured approach.
- Articulate and present our supply chain finance products effectively, highlighting their perks.
- Identify business needs and assess the eligibility of leads, converting them into interested prospects.
- Schedule appointments and demos for sales managers, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead outcomes, and prospect information in our CRM system.
- Achieve and surpass weekly/monthly targets for call activity, lead qualification, and conversions.
- Professionally handle objections and maintain a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights.
- Support the sales team with information gathered from customer conversations, contributing to their success.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
