Key Responsibilities

- Work with our engineering team to observe and understand real project workflows, from enquiry and proposals through to design, authority submissions, site supervision, and project completion.
- Prepare transparent process flowcharts and step-by-step SOPs documenting each workflow area.
- Write simplified process notes in plain English that a technology developer can read and build from.
- Coordinate with the technology development team: explain processes, answer questions, and review software outputs against real engineering practice.
- Maintain an organised library of all process documents, flowcharts, and SOPs.
- Review and test technology tool outputs from an engineer's perspective as they are developed.
