As a Principal Software Engineer, you will work in Scrum teams responsible for delivering one or more components of flagship products and other critical platforms. You will be responsible for delivering solid and maintainable software using a Continuous Delivery approach, while taking ownership over entire component, product, or project lifecycles including design phase involvement and operational tasks such as deployments and monitoring.

Your role involves mentoring teams, serving as a technical role model, and being able to popularize, defend, and reevaluate technical decisions that affect multiple teams and systems. You will work closely with product teams to define requirements, identify risks, and draft comprehensive technical solutions while collaborating with other teams on system-wide components like platform tooling, common libraries, and integrations.





7+ years of professional experience over the entire development lifecycle proficiency in Java 17-21 / Spring Boot 3.x microservices, React 18 / TypeScript / Vite / MUI, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch / search indexing

Knowledge of SQL and experience with both relational databases and NoSQL databases

Demonstrated ability to take ownership over entire component/product/project lifecycles

Experience working with product teams to define requirements, identify risks, and draft technical solutions

Agile development experience with tools like JIRA and contemporary development practices

Experience working with and automating public clouds using APIs and configuration management software

Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

7+ years of professional software development experience
