Role Description The Assistant Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves supporting the video production team by assembling raw footage, organizing media assets, and preparing timelines for senior editors.

The Assistant Video

Editor will perform basic video editing, apply initial color corrections, and assist with motion graphics and visual elements as needed. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with directors and editors, ensuring brand consistency across projects, exporting and formatting final videos,



and maintaining an organized project file structure. The role also includes occasional support for script and storyboard interpretation to ensure smooth post-production workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and basic understanding of the end-to-end video workflow.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading for assembling and refining visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating simple animations and visual assets.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting are important.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and production teams, with good communication skills.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or a degree in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred.
