Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role involves assisting with staff scheduling, supervising sales associates, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

The Assistant Store

Manager helps drive sales, oversees billing and cash-handling procedures, and supports efforts to minimize retail loss through careful monitoring of store activities. The role also includes addressing customer concerns, coordinating with senior management,



and contributing to store performance reports and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to respond professionally to diverse customer needs.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Store Management capabilities, including supervising staff, managing daily operations, and supporting sales and revenue targets.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention, including basic security awareness and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in retail, apparel, or fashion stores, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and peak festive seasons, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with basic POS systems, billing processes, and inventory tracking tools.
- Educational background in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
