Chimatech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Incharge to manage Operations and Maintenance at our 220kV Substation in Hadapsar, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities and ensuring all electrical systems function at peak efficiency.

You will lead troubleshooting efforts and manage routine testing protocols to minimize downtime. This role requires a hands-on technical approach to maintain safety and compliance standards on-site. You will also coordinate with the technical team to implement preventive maintenance schedules.

This is a critical role ensuring the stability of high-voltage power infrastructure.B.E. Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Valid Maharashtra PWD Electric Supervisory Licence is compulsory 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in substation O&M; Proven expertise in testing and troubleshooting 220kV equipment Ability to manage site operations and supervise technical staff Willingness to work in office in Hadapsar, Pune
