Asst. Manager – Jewellery Experience: 5–10 Years | Industry: Jewellery Retail Key Responsibilities Manage showroom floor operations and ensure smooth customer experience. Lead, motivate, and monitor the jewellery sales team.
Drive daily/monthly sales targets and improve conversion & average bill value. Handle VIP/high-value customers and support the team in closing sales. Ensure strong product knowledge in Gold, Diamond & Precious Jewellery.
Monitor stock movement, display, merchandising, and showroom standards. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews. Maintain discipline, grooming, and company SOPs.
Requirements5–10 years of experience in jewellery retail/sales, preferably in a supervisory role. Solid leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
