Role Description The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Savorworks Coffee Chocolate is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring high standards of service and product quality. The role involves monitoring customer experience, handling guest feedback, supporting inventory control, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Manager will assist with training team members, implementing operational procedures,



and working closely with senior management to meet sales and performance targets. This role also includes supporting promotional activities and contributing ideas to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and supporting the development of team members.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and management.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including café or restaurant service standards.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within hospitality or retail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
