Role Description The Assistant Project Manager (Corporate Interior Fit Out) will support the end-to-end planning and execution of interior fit-out projects for corporate clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves coordinating with design teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in project scheduling, tracking progress, managing material deliveries, monitoring site activities, and supporting quality, safety, and compliance standards.
The role also requires helping with documentation, reporting, and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on plan and within budget.
The Assistant Project
Manager will work closely with senior project managers to maintain excellent stakeholder communication and deliver high-quality workspaces aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Project coordination and project management skills to assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Expeditor and expediting experience to follow up on material procurement, vendor commitments, and delivery timelines.
- Inspection skills to support site quality checks, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
- Logistics management capabilities to help organize material movement, warehousing, and on-time availability at project sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with corporate interior fit-out processes, drawings, and basic construction methods.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under tight timelines.
